How long does it take to make two hoagies?

Yes, they were busy. There was one family ahead of us in line and one table when we ordered. It seemed there were a few phone orders. There were also two or three walk-in orders after us...all of which got their food before I got ours. I waited an inexcusable amount of time without so much as a "it's gonna be a little bit of a wait, we just got a rush" or "sorry for the wait". It was at least 25-30 minutes, coming from my husband, who went out to wait in the car with our dog. 30 minutes. For two (2) sandwiches.

And they messed the order up on top of it. I asked for one eight inch Italian supreme, one twelve inch turkey hoagie. I received a twelve inch Italian supreme and an eight inch turkey. If you're gonna take forever, at least get the order right.

Oh, and the Italian supreme is extremely tasty. The turkey hoagie is pretty standard. Not bad, not exceptional.

The staff is friendly and courteous, the food is amazing and their prices are very reasonable! We highly recommend Valentino's

Have only gone there for lunch but they have many delicious daily specials, fresh salads and fruit plates to choose from. Fast friendly service and the place is always clean! I make a point to go there when ever I'm near Pottstown.

Stopped on Saturday just to check it out. Ordered two salads and they were absolutely the best. Although we didn't eat any pizza or pasta this time we checked out all the offerings and were blown away with all the possibles. Think we just found our new go-to Italian restaurant....

Just moved here from the West Coast a couple weeks ago. Had a Pizza craving, needed it to be delivered.
Ordered the Med. Supreme and a soda. Delivery guy arrived 10 minutes ahead of the scheduled time. Valentino’s did not disappoint!
Pizza was still hot! Generous toppings! Tasted so good! Best pizza I’ve had in a long time! Prices were quite reasonable as well!
Way to go Valentino’s! I will order again!
