Restaurante Casa de Fe

I'm new to this restaurant. The lady was so friendly and helpful. A very clean shop with great seating areas. The food was so delicious, I'm very glad that I went there for lunch.

Shown is the picalonga with sweet and salty plantain. Also had the prescado frito. Both dishes were excellent! Will be back.

Food was fantastic! My wife and I love finding new Latin restaurants, and this did not disappoint. Only reason I gave this a 4 on atmosphere is because there was no music to break up the awkward silence sometimes.

The food was AMAZING! I’ve never had Dominican food, so I cannot compare to past experience, but the meals were delicious. We will definitely be coming back.

One thing that would help those of us unfamiliar with Dominican cuisine would be to put an explanation of what the items are on the menu. But the staff was willing to explain. One person in our party was vegetarian, so there were no options for a main dish without meat. However, when she asked, she was able to order plantains, black beans and rice, and an egg for her meal. It may not sound like much, but the black beans and rice and the plantains are sooo good.

I would say this is casual dining. You order your meal from the menu at the counter and then sit. The staff will bring your food out to you as well. Take out is available.

We have someone in our party with a severe nut allergy and they assured us they don’t use nuts in their cooking.
