    I was somewhat surprised by the negative reviews. I have been here about half of dozen times and no complaints at all. I have worked in quality control for two of America's biggest food production companies for about 5 years. I have been a chef and trained servers for an upscale casual dining chain. I worked as a clerk for the number one service station in Georgia, highest in sales and customer satisfaction. Our sales at my retail store grew an average of 20% every quarter. So my expectations are about impossible to meet. I have served multiple Fortune 500 clients. This store is sparkling clean. The service is always friendly and engages with the customer. If long wait times bother you, try online ordering. I have done that and it's always ready to go. The food quality is always consistent. If I get bad service or food three times, then their out. But, I have yet to even find one little thing to scrutinize about this store. I hope those of you that decided to give one stars at least talked to the owner, because if there is one thing that drives me bonkers in my industry is when someone floods me with complaints and does not give me a chance to fix it, and then goes publicly about their complaint, but never even mentions if they gave the owner a chance to fix it. Working quality control at a very high volume bakery. I had to feed 1.2 to 2.1 million people a shift. So yes, mistakes will be made. But getting feedback was crucial to improving my department. I encourage you to do the same. Contact the owner, let him know how you felt about your visit, give the owner a chance to fix, and revise your review if they made things right. As clean, organized, and well stocked this store is, I highly doubt the owner doesn't care. I can tell within the first 5 minutes of visiting anywhere, where problems are and if the owner or general manager does care. This store just does not meet that criteria. So again, outstanding store, and if you gave a negative review, I encourage you to contact the owner and give them a chance to fix it and revise your review.
