We had a wonderful experience working with Herb Scott’s Catering. We opted for the full-service buffet with tray-passed hors d’oeuvres. Herb Scott’s Catering created a phenomenal, full-service buffet for 200+ guests for Judicial Sunday Coffee Hour, which was attended by 30+ local judges, countless attorneys, esteemed clergy, and beloved church members. The delicious dishes were “foodie” worthy and the buffet displays/stations were visually stunning. Herb Scott & his entire team provided an elevated experience that gave our event the "WOW" factor we were looking for and made a lasting impression on our guests.

I saw early on that Mr. Scott is very accommodating and flexible, as he worked with me on building a customized menu and buffet set up. We didn't get to use Herb because we went with a different venue, but he is seriously so sweet and nice to work with! He was very accommodating with scheduled phone meetings, completely cool with us customizing our menu (because I'm extremely picky), and it was very reasonable pricing. I'd highly recommend you give them a try because their customer service is excellent!
