Wendy's

Ordered a Dave's Double combo with no bun and chili instead of fries. The cashier looked at me like I was crazy. And preceded to tell me that I had to order fries and a soda. The manager stepped in and knew exactly what to do. She then coached the sandwich maker on how to make it. Next, as I started to eat my food I noticed what to me looked like a hair in my burger. I took it up. The cashier again looked dumbfounded and went to over to the two sandwich makers. They immediately stated it wasn't their hair. Then the cashier said it plastic from the tray then proceeded to look like he was about to give me the food back. Needless to say he went and got the manager once again she was apologetic and personally made my food. The manager was the superstar here. The cashier lacked customer service skills and I hope will get better at his job. I could have rated this a 1 experience but because of the manager, I rated it a 3.

My daughter's first time eating at Wendy's. She absolutely loved it.

This was my second time visiting this location and it was a long line but they were moving,the cashier was really nice and the other staff were as well. The food was good and well presented way better than the mcdonalds around the corner!!!

The service is very good! The experience I received was pleasant. The lines were long as hell but the staff were still just as patient as if the place wasn’t in full chaos! I chose the drive threw. The food was made well there were no complaints. Everything was decent the only issue was the wait. It’s a fairly new establishment so it’s still popular in the neighborhood. Overall I give it a 3 ⭐️
