Food was good, but the cashier had a major attitude!

Steak & fries were good. The cashier on the other hand was atrocious. Her attitude was horrendous! She was miserable the moment we got to the counter. I spoke very clear and yes i understand its in a mall but i was loud enough for her to hear me, she made me repeat myself with every item i ordered. I then went to pay my bill, it was 17.90 i handed her 20.90 and the cashier then proceeded continue her nasty attitude and argue that i didnt. I just walked away at that point. Im sorry i work with the public, at Wawa to be exact, i get it can be stressful! But thays no excuse to treat someone that way. I deal with ignorance on a daily basis but i have to suck it up. I know for a fact in customer service this behavior is not tolerated. Hopefully she figures it out sooner then later. Oh and the ketchup dispenser was shooting ketchup in 3 different directions and coming out of the top. I know stuff can get crazy and the last thing that your thinking about is the ketchup thing but with people coming over to use it after knowing it was broken could have just threw a piece of paper over it saying out of order because it was just making a huge mess. They dont have to clean it up so they dont care.

The steaks are delicious but it's never enough meat for the cost of the sandwich.

Charley's philly steaks in the Philadelphia Mills are the best everything is made fresh and they cook the food in front of you the place is very clean and the employees are the best very friendly and they go out of there way for you make sure your food is good to order so if you are ever in Philadelphia Mills stop by Charley steaks it's all worth the trip food always fresh and good ????????????????????????????
