Steve Stein's Famous Deli

The only place in Northeast Philly to get a great corned beef sandwich and my morning lox spread and bagels. I highly recommend.

Awesome deli.
Steve has the best deli cuts.
Anything in house you cannot go wrong with.
Turkey, roast beef, and especially his corned beef.
Breads and pastry are top notch as well.
Try his meals ready to heat.
Sit down is good.
Take home some soup.
Great for the soul.

"Jewish-style" deli. In other words, it is NOT kosher, This is a very popular place in northeast Philly. Very wide selection of deli. A small sit down restaurant. Competitive prices. Also offers a bakery, fresh produce and prepared foods. Very crowded during the week ends. Over all, you can't go wrong here.

I regularly Visit Steve Stein's, usually on the weekend and I love the Lox / Chive Cream Cheese they make there. Also they sell a diverse amount of things there. I've also picked up their Home Made Chicken Parm, Eggplant dishes and they were excellent. Steve is a very nice guy as well and more than a few times he reached out to me to say hello and just has a very good interest in the people buying from his place. I think places like this are a gem. If you are a fan of a traditional Jewish delicatessen with reasonable prices, this is your go to deli.
Corned Beef, Roast Beef, Pastrami, Turkey and Roast Pork all store made and delicious. Just as good if not better than Boars Head lunch meats and cheaper in price.
Of course, ALL the prepared salads you can think of and a wide selection of fish (fresh, Whitefish, Lox, Herring).
Also sell produce and a fully stocked bakery.
And there is a small restaurant on site if you want to order fresh made food and nosh!!!
Go once and you will become a repeat customer!
