    Very good staff. They handled an unruly customer with grace. Anyone looking for a "skinny" pretzel should not be at an Auntie Anne's in the first place.

    Tried the bacon egg n cheese pretzel. Wasn't bad. Don't think it was just made by didn't taste old. Just not hot.

    Fresh pretzels. They don't open until 5:00 am- even if you just want water.

    Early in the morning. No line to speak of and pretzel was freshly baked it seemed. Pretty good, though maybe a bit too greasy for my personal tastes. The staff, however, seemed to barely speak English and were difficult to communicate with, resulting in the next customer having to wait while my husband tried to get the drink he wanted. Had there been a long line behind us, frustration would have definitely ensued. But for us it wasn't that bad and we ended up getting what we wanted.
