The pizza was great! The cocktails were also great! Reasonable prices, good portions, great food. Ambiance was a bit off- perhaps consider dimming the lights some. Seems like a regular old pizza place with the current vibes! Add some pizzazzz!! FOOD ROCKS THOUGH! Just… dim the lights ◡̈
Allan was our server. He was the only server/bartender in the restaurant and did an amazing job handling the busy restaurant by himself. Also, the food was good.
I will warn that it is very much pizza shop vibe as far as aesthetics.. but I must say I have heard nothing but absolutely raving reviews about their food and I was not disappointed! The pizza crust was out of this world with options you don’t see everywhere, like cacio e pepe, and their cocktails are fun and delicious! Also 48263929 bonus points for bringing a cake out with a candle when all I did was click “Birthday” on Resy. I have NEVER had a restaurant do this! Also music was trendy. 10/10 would recommend. Come during the week when it’s slow for optimal comfort! We will be back 😁
Bar1010 is one of my favorite restaurants in Philly, it is the perfect lunch and date night spot. Their food and cocktails are well-crafted and absolutely delicious. Everything we ordered I highly recommend trying:
Apps/Salads: Murray's Burrata, Cheesy Bread, Tomato Pie, Bacon Salad
Pizzas: Spicy Roni, King's Pie, Buffalo Chicken, Jalapeno Pesto
Drinks: Indigo Lemonade, Spicy 'Loma, Strawberry Tequila Sour, Espresso Martini
Dessert: Tiramisu
Exceptional Service, Exceptional Food!
Firstly, big shout out to Neal who was my server/bartender for the best recommendations. I’m not usually a big pizza fan BUT let me tell you, that Cacio E Pepe had me asking for seconds. I started off with the half and half Cheesy Bread, followed by the Caccio E Pepe then took home the Vodka Pesto (don’t judge me, it was honestly that good) . For drinks I enjoyed the Espresso Martini (with a twist cause they grate parmigiana reggiano on top, I was like whaaaatttt, then I was like mmmmmm 😏)
Honestly, 10/10. The place is also mad cute and very Instagrammable ;)
