(October 15, 2020, 9:35 pm)The best water ice I’ve had, beats Rita’s outright and their flavors and textures second none I’ve tasted. The staff is friendly and personable, and if I could, I would return often. As a compromise, I bought 4 quarts of different flavors and prayed they would stay frozen until I could put them in my fridge so I could enjoy them after work.

(August 21, 2019, 2:30 am)I'm from South Philly where supposedly the best water ice comes from(Pop's, Italiano's, John's, etc.). Having said that, Big City Water Ice is by far the best water ice in the city. It's smooth, creamy, and the perfect blend of sweet and tart. It's great and highly recommended.

(July 31, 2019, 12:57 am)I love Big City Water Ice and their staff! They are personable and accommodating! I have seen large crowds of people gather to make purchases and the staff accommodate them all with a smile. I happily patronize them as often as I can!
