A pretty Chic place for a date night especially in fall & winter. The restaurant is pretty busy in a Friday night especially the bar. We made reservations ahead of time for select seating. I prefer sitting on the High Top near the fire place for an overall aesthetic view of the restaurant. Our Waitress was Josie/Josey who gave us friendly and patient customer service during a busy night. She knew the menu well and analyzed my dislikes to a perfect meal selection for me. Very prompt with refills and clearing our table for our meals without asking. Gave us our time but yet had a preeminently ability to knowing our needs during our dining experience. The food was good and drink were great. Overall a great first time experience with Blondie. Thank you for having us.
Fun new restaurant in Manayunk. Came with a few friends and shared everything tapas style. Delicious cocktails (loved my Far East margarita) and good food. My favorite was the Brussels sprouts.
Overall the interior is very nicely put together, a lot of crushed velvet, chandeliers, and pastels, a huge bar and another upstairs, bigger than you expect, I see the eclectic vibe they're going for. The service was decent, crafted cocktails were nicely made, though more on the spritzer side of options. We all got the cheesecake, which was very good, and the cheesy focaccia was very good, as were the biscuits. I took a star away because the main courses, though put together well, were all lacking salt. We got the braised short ribs, Salmon, fried chicken, lobster Mac, and Louisiana spare ribs. I took another star because the other two appetizers we ordered arrived late, as in at the end of the meal, because they had not been put in, deviled eggs and chicken skewers, but they graciously removed them from the check. Also, because we were placed all the way in the back, the bar was being used by employees and they were sitting at the bar and tables eating, and working. Not a huge problem, but creates an interesting atmosphere.
