Chick-fil-A

This is right by my house. But I rather drive to the one on the blvd. why? Because drive thru is absolutely chaotic no point. Pick up? Even worse because my food is always lost even though I order it right there at the front, it’s never in the pickup spot, it’s also separated with my drink. Absolutely frustrating to go inside and wait more than 15 mins. The app cannot handle online orders without loosing them (pickup orders)..Oh and the very first day I came, they were walking peoples orders out during drive thru. Absolutely unorganized and unfair to have others wait in line while the “finished orders” are walked to the cars behind you. And the drive thru attendees had attitudes i rather order myself because people are always hasty with you. hope they’re able to pull it together since they’re new

This is a great location for South Philly families. I took my daughter and her friends to CF right after school for her birthday. We dined inside, the staff was polite and the restaurant was clean. The service was quick, the food was hot and delicious! The owner Kevin was also very sweet to everyone and wished my daughter an extra special birthday!
