Gilbens Bakery and Specialty Sandwhich Shop

I called in my order and the order taker Blair was very pleasant and professional, then I received a telephone call advising me that my order was ready from a very professional lady named Candace. When I arrived my order was indeed ready and packed so neatly, I was inquiring about a whole red velvet cake although they were sold out they had other options. I purchased a double chocolate cake. Everything was so good and fresh, portions were good and customer service was exceptional. I will definitely return to this lovely establishment next Sunday. I am going to tell all of my colleagues, family and friends. I would’ve taken a picture of my platters but they were eaten so quickly, the cake is almost gone too. :) Gilbens is definitely my new go to.

The food here is absolutely delicious.
