Ginza Sushi and Ramen

As a chef, I was unimpressed with the tonkatsu ramen I was served in a recent visit here. The broth and the chashu were boarderline tasteless and the broth was slightly “dirty” (had little bits of white “floaties” along the edges of the bowl and in broth from poor rinsing of bones and meat used in broth)

I also didn’t like the spring mix underneath the seaweed salad

2* meal 3rd star for price and establishment which were wonderful.

Came here last Friday with my hubby and friend for dinner. We had the raw oysters, the oyster with uni, hamachi Kama, sashimi for 2 rolls which I forgot to take pictures because I was too busy stuffing my face with the appetizer. If you in the neighborhood and want to grab some sushi this is the place to stop by. The price is reasonable for the portion you get.

Their sushi was very fresh and they had unique rolls that you don't see everywhere else. I would definitely recommend this place!

Friendly and quick service. Our party of four enjoyed our dinner at Ginza. Our server recommended a special roll that evening and it was delicious. We cannot wait to come back again.

Every time is a wonderful experience. They have a fantastic variety of fish and it is fresh no matter when I order.
