Green Soul

Green Soul is a neighborhood gem. We are lucky enough to live right around the corner. It's the kind of food that makes you feel full but not stuffed. Lots of options for vegetarians, and the food always tastes fresh. Live music on the weekends is always excellent. As soon as we can go back for dinner in the restaurant, we will. In the meantime, we will be supporting this essential Spring Garden business through takeout!

Loved when they were up chestnut hill it was real personal and a dope atmosphere it's nice and of course growth is great... but it is not the same when u go in anymore..... very nice set up they offer alot more with entertainment and drinks... they even raised the food prices...... looking at the new menu I couldn't find the green smoothie they use to sale the cajun salmon BLT is the go to and still good...... and the main thing PARKING is a nightmare

It's our daughter's graduation and thought about eating somewhere close by. Looked at the menu and said ? why not? I am so pleased to say that this place is amazing!! Food was presented beautifully and tasted even better. I had the Mango Jerk Salmon salad. It's fresh and salmon seasoned perfectly. Don't get me started on dessert ? Chocolate Avocado Mouse ? Delicious!!
The service is just amazing! Everyone was sweet and mellow. Kim (I believe she is the manager or owner) is just absolutely amazing ❤️ Came to our table just to congratulate my daughter! ? I'm so sad I don't remember our server's name because she was just so sweet. If you haven't been here please come and check it out!

This little neighborhood gem features a healthier soul food menu without sacrificing taste. In addition to the food, they have a wonderful specialty cocktail selection and a great staff to serve you with that southern charm. The restaurant is next to South, another venue by the same restaurant group, that serves more traditional soul food and live music. Together you can get anything you want.

I highly recommend the sweet potato donuts- they taste way more like donuts than sweet potatoes!

Great atmosphere and hip early friendly vibe. Really appreciate the mission driven philosophy and quality ingredients. Dishes are family style to your table as they are ready, so expect your meals and dishes to come separately. Everything we had looked amazing yet somehow left us expecting it to be just a little warmer, a little crisper or a little more flavor. Maybe just an off day. Still, a terrific find and worth the trip.
