Specialty rolls were very creative and the ones we ordered were delicious. Good selection of traditional rolls too, and again, delicious. Service was good, ambiance fine, music a little loud for conversation. My only issue is the size of the rolls. I prefer bite size so I can enjoy all flavors at once. When the rolls are too big I either almost choke myself cuz I shovel the roll into my mouth like a beast or I have to take two bites which results in sushi everywhere. I prefer one bite so I get all the flavors at once. Personal preference obviously, but important to me.
This restaurant is extraordinary and broad, the food was enchanting and the prices were very inexpensive. fast, productive service and very affable staff members. Recommended.
We had a very pleasant experience here. Welcoming staff greeted us when we walked in. Had a nice bowl of miso soup, dumpling, edamame and 3 specialty rolls. Everything was very flavorful and nicely presented. Excellent sushi!
Best sushi place in Philly. my boyfriend and I eat here twice a months. Rolls are large, sushi is fresh, and the honor/head chef is very personable
Been here once. Really enjoyed my meal, service was fine. I recommend the salmon. Seemed there is some originality on the dishes, and subtle touches that add flavor.
And I was pleased to see they had added some adult beverages to the menu. I think I read it was BYOB.
