Absolutely love this place! Followed them from Old City to Fishtown and it’s a trip worth making from wherever you are in the city or ‘burbs. The place is flawless. Not only does the food “hit the spot” every single time, with its impeccable flavors and authenticity, but it also feels like you are having dinner with family. People are so warm and welcoming.

Dinner tonight was the Caprese salad with the sweetest tomatoes and the tastiest fresh mozzarella. Loved the subtle flavor of the mozzarella, and paired with their sweet tomatoes, some roasted red peppers and a beautiful drizzle of luscious balsamic… Oh yea! Two pasta dishes; one with sausage in a vodka sauce and a special with shrimp, chicken and spinach in a light tomato sauce. Oh so pretty and tasty! As always, finished with an espresso. It was hot with the perfect amount of froth (foam) on top. I am often disappointed when I order an espresso and it’s luke warm. But here, they get it right, every single time. Have had many other delicious dishes and it leaves my belly and soul very happy. Every time. Oh, and don’t forget to get a Cannoli for dessert! Even if you aren’t a dessert person, you will love this jawn! Go here! Food is great and so is the family who runs it! Tip: it’s BYO and cash only. Enjoy!

If you are looking for an authentic Italian restaurant experience look no further. Formally on 3rd St and Cherry St and now in Fishtown. Super accessible from 95. Always my go to for special occasions and no occasion at all. The food and service is excellent everytime.

The *best* Italian food I have eaten in my life, it is far far far better than Teca’s and a fraction of the price. I didn’t know ravioli, tiramisu, salmon, or focaccia could taste better than I thought humanly possible. They have recently relocated to Fishtown, it is by far the best restaurant in the area.

Made reservations for 8 ppl at 8pm on a Saturday, still had to wait about 30 minutes to be seated. BYOB and your own ice-they had no ice but did go buy a bag after my table requested some. Food is delicious, small and cozy, close seating so it can be loud. Good service. Prices are reasonable.

Simply Amazing!!! The food the staff the atmosphere.. all around great experience. Definitely recommend making a reservation, as people seemed to enjoy their time here. Its loud but intimate, makes you feel like your at a family meal with so much energy! This was my first time here and to be quite honest I feel ashamed I did not know about this hidden gem. I almost never give an establishments 5 stars but you guys deserve it. GREAT JOB!! we will definitely be back.
