Magic Noodle at Cottman and Brous was THE BEST soup in the NE. My bf had the magic beef noodle soup and I had the spicy pork. The decor inside is simple and very pretty, soft J-pop music in the background, complimetary tea served as soon as we were seated. We shared the dumpling appetizer, thin-skinned and lightly pan-seared, packed with savory ground pork and chive flavor. Our bowls of soup were enormous, seasoned perfectly, tender meats and fresh vegetables in broth you could have at every meal it's so good. Took home leftovers and it made another full meal. Service was kind and attentive without being overbearing. Go! Go! You won't regret it ~
This is now one of my favorite restaurants for authentic quality noodles and other tasty food items of China. We were promptly greeted upon arrival. The restaurant was clean and well lit. The menu was visually inspired and self-explanatory. Our waitress was very nice; attentive, patient and informative. We will be back.
Great food and very polite staff. Super clean but then again is only a few weeks old ;) try the garlic oysters! Super good and super expensive $4 each but huge in size the biggest I've ever seen! It's the shell in the back of my picture to the right of the computer. I wish they did clams like This, so good!
Fast prompt service. Clean and new interiors. There's a parking lot around the corner too. I need to try their baos and skewers next.
Liked it so much we went back! Cozy, and beautifully decorated but most importantly delicious! The noodle soups do NOT have a run of the mill flavor! Fresh veggies and fresh hand pulled noodles. We went to a soup dumpling spot downtown with great reviews... But magic noodles soup dumplings are far better!!
