The best pho soup in Philly ?
Dry pho is wonderfully chewy. Fried bread is fresh and airy
I've been going to this restaurant with my family since I was in middle school -- I am now in my 20s, and the food never disappoints. This is one of the few Southeast Asian restaurants in the city that hasn't sold out yet, or in other words, molded the dishes for American taste buds.
The Vietnamese-Cambodian combination of cuisine is unbeatable. The beef sticks are among the best you can get in Philadelphia. Noodle soup dishes such as the Bun Bo Hue remind me of the way my grandmother used to make it when she was still alive.
Not only is the food delicious -- the business has a home feel to it. Once you walk in, you'll notice the gigantic painting of Angkor Wat, the beautiful ancient monument of Cambodia.
Go Eat some good food ??
Loved it! The server was a bit rude.. but I think it was just her not speaking any English..she came around at the end. I will definitely be going back.
