Nine Ting - Northeast

We visited Nine Ting - Northeast for the weekday AYCE lunch special and had a great hot pot experience. The restaurant was clean and spacious with a lovely ambience while the music was at a perfect volume the entire meal. Our waitress was very friendly and checked in on us multiple times during our visit, asking if we wanted to order additional food.

We tried the pig bone broth and Chinese herbal broth. Both soups were good, though a little mild in taste. The food was brought out quickly and in extremely generous portions. The hot pot meat was not the most fresh as they were still frozen (seemed pre-cut and frozen again for convenience) but still tasty. Wide selection of sauces available. Honeydew, cantaloupe, oranges and grass jelly were also available for dessert. Would visit again! Maybe we will catch the robot cat waitress in action next time!

This Nine Ting restaurant is nice, clean, bright and BYOB!!!!! Unlike a noisy competitor nearby, this restaurant was pretty quiet and we didn't feel rushed. The food was plentiful, fresh, and delicious. The robot roaming around was entertaining. Other than a slight language barrier, we enjoyed our meal.

Nine Ting is a hidden gem that just opened. The Food is fresh, it's so good. Much better then K Pot. The menu is smaller but much better. They have a sauce bar with different sauces you can make. And the seafood pancake is the most amazing thing you'll ever try. Run don't walk to Nine Ting you won't regret it.

This is our new favorite spot. We celebrated our anniversary here after a competitor had an hour and a half wait. Not only was this place better but so was the pricing! I was shocked how affordable the entire experience was. We will definitely be back!!
Staff was so kind and the food was excellent. The little robot that zooms around the place is fun too.

The staff is very friendly and courteous.

The food is pretty good. They have a good selection of items to choose from, from both the Hot Pot List and BBQ List.

Price point is a bit higher than other Hot Pot locations I have visited, so I'd probably only come here again for a special occasion.
