One of the best sushi spots in University City! We stopped in late one night not expecting much, and ordered seaweed salad, takoyaki, and a few rolls. Everything was divine! The takoyaki was hot out of the dryer, super crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside-- my favorite dish. The rolls were also fresh and had lots of flavor w/o soy sauce or wasabi. Service was nice and friendly. Would definitely come back again.

Ochatto is a great place to eat some Japanese food around the Penn campus area. Wait time is a little long tho.
