Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

The food is good the service is friendly only complain I had was I ordered the 2 classic chicken sandwiches with small fries and drink I had a coupon it was myself and a family member I had came off work stop by on my way home service was good up till the part I had the drinks first which is fine after I paid for the food I had to wait about 5min after my order for the sandwiches which others were made also probably for another order was cool until I seen my order slip next to two of the sandwiches right next to the fries and other employees kept grabbing fries for other people order but not mine too many people behind the counter some kept looking and walking back forth like they had no idea what to do stood there for 10min waiting for fries they literally serve the lady behind me her order number was after mine I had to ask what happened to my order like it was not busy inside the drive through might have been little bit busy but it's ridiculous to wait 10min for fries when there was plenty made up other than that service is good just keep eye on your order slip I can see if they had to make more but that wasn't the case word advice don't have too many employees it was like 4 to 5 people behind the counter like one on register was cool but four others walking behind them and only 2 were dilly dalling as if they ain't know what to do just stand there and ignore the order slip next to the sandwiches you put there and 10mins later finish the order after I asked after you serve the number after mine. Any other time I've gone here service was great it was good but with some minor issues is what it is I do like this location don't have to travel too far to get good food that's a bonus

This is by far the nicest cleanest look like they just opened Popeyes I've ever been in!!! Bar stools and booths and a drive thru but you must eat in!! Oh.. and the Jazz music is a nice touch.

The Popeyes is clean all around, obviously it’s fast food so the service is quick. The dine in area is also very clean and modern. The employees are respectful and attentive. The location of the Popeyes isn’t the most family friendly— I believe it’s safe. I’ve dinned in more than 5 times and nothing has happened.

Manager🤨 decided to give me what he wanted … instead of what I ordered! 🤷🏽‍♀️Clearly the receipt says butterfly shrimp and he gave me popcorn shrimp??? My biggest pet peeve… giving me something I don’t want … when I ask and pay for something else.

First off I wasn’t going to leave a review but when I seen how my packaging was, and the food quality was ! the perfection and love they put into this I just had to give them a review! I know this is a new spot because previously this area used to be a Boston market but I’m super excited about this Popeyes not only is the food quality is A1 ( delicious ) they show that they love their customers and they love their job! The employees not only gave us a great greeting and helped us thoroughly but our food was on point with the accuracy! Definitely recommend!!
