Three stars because the food is good and they are nice ppl but they open up at their schedule times or are closed for days. Like the other reviews they are slow af and don’t like to pick up the phone so it’s almost impossible to order ahead!????

They frequently forget to cook the food and when you come back/to pick it up, they'll say "one minute, two minute, etc." They then pretend like they're cooking the food and the minute you look away, they quickly put it into the pan and start cooking it. Sometimes, they'll even do it right in your face. Not only is the service poor, but when they forget to cook your food the quality is poor as well. They tend to do a crappy job when they rush to cook the food you ordered 10-20 minutes ago, just so you don't get upset. Sometimes they forget to add certain ingredients you requested to be added to your food. Not only that, but some parts of the food is cold, even when they just get done "cooking" it. On some occasions, they were even colder than before. That clearly means that the food wasn't heated properly. Don't get me wrong, the food is good. But it's only good when they cook your food on-time, and it's not half-assed. This has happened on more than one occasion. It's minor, ridiculous setbacks like these that make people not want to visit the said establishment.
