“One of, if not, the best Thai restaurant in Philadelphia. Tucked away in a quiet and pretty street is this amazing hidden gem. With a nice outdoor deck, this restaurant serves delicious Thai fare. We came twice in the same week for their lunch specials which are amazingly priced and portions are great. I definitely recommend the Pad See Ew, Drunken Noodles, Calamari and Spring Rolls, but I think everything is good there. The staff is amazing! We’ll be back for a third time and more!”

“Sotto is amazing!! We moved to Philly from CT and this is our favorite spot!! Daniel is absolutely incredible, he works so hard and always gives us an elaborate description of the many specials. The food is always delicious and delivered so quickly. Tonight the restaurant was packed and only Daniel and Max were working and the service was impeccable. These two guys were hustling and I honestly don’t understand how they still deliver such amazing service with just two servers. This speaks volumes of Daniel and Max and their customer service skills. Also the food is AMAZING, so fresh and delicious. I really couldn’t recommend this spot more. Thank you Sotto!!”

“How does this place not have more than ~200 reviews??? I only wish I had taken pictures of their homemade pasta... I met a friend here for an early dinner on a Monday - which is probably part of the reason it wasn't too busy - definitely make a reservation. The food was so goooood. They hand make their pasta in house and, although I am not a big pasta-eater, I had to try it. I got the gazpacho (seasonal) to start which was the chunky Italian kind, not the creamy Spanish kind, but it was really good nonetheless. For dinner, I got the Tagliatelle with short rib and my friend got the Crispy Gnocchi. They were both amazing but honestly this place seems to be known for their crispy gnocchi so I will be ordering that next time. And there will be a next time. This place is a local favorite but seems to fly under the radar. They have fire table bread and a cool indoor.outdoor atmosphere. Check it out!”

I, In the past, have had smaller events or parties at our home where I have prepared the food. Having our guests , happy and well fed, is very important to us. This was the first time I had a party catered and could not have been more pleased with PaperMill. First and foremost, Alex and Cece were so sweet and accommodating. They came with fresh food. They prepared the food on the spot, decorated their cooking table with baskets and they displayed everything beautifully. There were sides, spices and sauces to accompany their dishes. They accommodated everyone with vegetarian dishes and meat dishes. After being with us for quite a few hours they cleaned up everything and left the food and accessories for us to continue eating if needed. It appeared seamless and easy...when I am sure that it took a lot of prep and hard work. I can't thank them enough or give them a higher recommendation. I hope you use them. You will not be disappointed.”
