“We hired Bobby and the Karma Philadelphia team to cater our full wedding day. We realized very early in the process that one of the most important aspects of any event is the food, so we had to be sure we chose a strong caterer. Hiring Bobby and his team was one of the best, if not thee best decision we made through the wedding vendor selection process. From the very beginning Bobby ensured us he would do everything to make our wedding day absolutely perfect and he delivered on that promise. He was extremely professional and very flexible with our wants and needs. He set up an amazing private food tasting that our families absolutely loved. It was hands down the best and most organized food tasting we did. He took our choices and added in several recommendations that we wouldn’t even of considered. They were so good, we actually went with a few that he chose for our events! Bobby and his team catered the full day wedding (lunch, cocktail and dinner). He went above and beyond to make sure our guests had a great experience. He spoke to the venue directly to set up visits and make sure that everyone knew the lay of the land for a very smooth day of process. Everyone raved about the food for every meal and we’re still being asked who catered. Anyone who has been to any type of Indian event knows you’ll have the people who will find something wrong with anything, but his food silenced even the harshest of critics! He took care of a few of our guests who had dietary restrictions by making separate plates for them to enjoy the food. Bobby even made sure that there were plates put aside for us, so we could eat during any down time we had. We literally could not of asked for a better experience and outcome. We’ve been to a lot of weddings, but I can say without a doubt that Bobby and the Karma team was the best food we’ve had. We say this as the bride and groom who nitpicked every aspect of our wedding decisions. We have no regrets and would hire them for any event we do moving forward. We highly recommend the Karma team for all your catering needs. They do an incredible job tailoring the food options to your liking and will go well beyond the duties of a caterer.”

“This was pretty much the perfect brunch. Awesome smoothies, perfect avocado smash toast AND a perfect French toast to finish it off. Oh, and did I mention the brown sugar latte? Wish we lived closer — I’d come here all the time!”

“Amazing food and service. Reasonable prices for food and wine. The restaurant itself is great I loved the location and the style seen within the building. There was plenty of room for what looked like any size party and luckily we didn't have any issues seating a party of five. The seafood was super fresh and and the meals we ordered tasted fresh and delicious. I would and will recommend this to anyone in the area. We will absolutely be going back.”

“We just love their pretzels. They are not heavy and doughy. They are the pretzels we used to buy for a nickel each at Catholic School back in the 60's. Not only delicious but bring back childhood memories.”

“To no surprise, Michael and his talented team from Res Ipsa is back at it, kicking out incredible food and welcoming vibes. The physical space is a massive upgrade that only adds to the ambiance. The GM, Katie is obviously committed and greeted us with the friendliest of nature. Serving staff was flawless. 5 stars was an easy thumb push. Wishing the gang all the continued and well earned success.”

“Great atmosphere and great service go a long way. But when you add amazing food to the mix then the experience becomes unforgettable! I love this place! It is top two for me for authentic Mexican food, and the other place is right across the street from them. Would come back 100 times.”

“I've been ordering from this place for a while now. It's my favorite weekly treat. I'm working my way through all the burritos and quesadillas until I try them all. I also always get the Spanish curly fries or mozzarella sticks with my food because they're genuinely the best in the city.”

“I love this place. I still go to this restaurant even as years pass on by. Even as some things have changed to keep up with modern times; I appreciate the culture that was still presented here for me to remember where my family came from. I do not care for those who discriminate, just don't come here thinking you know the food is suppose to be better then what "You Think". Learn the culture and understand the meaning of diversity. Khmer Pride.”

“We were looking for Asian food and came across this restaurant through internet. We decided to stop by and I must say there is no negative things to say about East South restaurant. The food was the BEST. We ordered two boat noodle soup and they were out of the world. They’re so authentic as if we’re eating in Thailand. We ordered basil fried rice with shrimp and it was amazing. I have never seen this method before but it was awesome, they served utensils in a cup filled with hot water which I loved it very much. With everything is going on around this country we’re really appreciated it. Their service was outstanding! We liked it so much that we wouldn’t come back again when we’re in town. If you’re looking for authentic Asian food this place is definitely for you. I can’t stand Asian food with American flare!”
