Buddy's Log Cabin Family Restaurant

Good lunch stop. Reasonable prices. Quick service. Decor like the 1970s, but I'd stop in again.

Best hamburgers around. The freshest lettuce onions tomatoes I've had on a burger in a long long time. Their french fries the loaded bacon french fries with cheese were to die for. They were so good and their curly fries with cheese that sweet cheese ummm um was so good. Great prices and an absolutely amazing dining area with cool things to keep you busy while you're eating try having a little scavenger hunt to find the things that are up hanging in the rafters Buddy's sure is one great place so stop and have a bite to eat.

Quaint restaurant not far from I-81 off the Ravine exit. I had the roast beef and my wife had the broasted chicken. Each dish had nice portions and neither were overcooked. The salad bar, once a restaurant staple, has standard fare with the nice addition of apple butter. Did not have dessert but the pies are homemade. Serves breakfast all day as well.

My husband and I stopped here while traveling through the area on Rte. 81. I had chicken pot pie, one of the specials. It should be called chicken and dumplings soup. It was tasty, but I was expecting chicken pot pie. Carrots would've been a nice addition. My husband had a turkey sub; the turkey was fresh, not deli meat. It was dry, no oil or seasonings.

Overall good place 4outa 5 stars. Place has nice atmosphere. Good parking lot size. Food is very tasty. Only reason for 1star off is menu is pretty small. Would be nice if they expanded it just a tad. If your in the area I highly recommend it.
