Wellsboro House

Awesome place! We don’t get there a lot because of our schedule, wish we could, but we’re never disappointed. Chris and Laura are excellent hosts. Great and friendly service from the staff. Also, ask them about the train!

We ate dinner here 3 nights while we were in town. We definitely enjoyed ourselves. Great service. Decent prices. I wasn't blown away with the beer, but it was good.

I love this place! Went with colleagues to grab dinner and some brews, and was pleasantly surprised how high quality they were. Beers are brewed across the street in the train depot, and especially the Wynkin IPA is a hop lovers paradise. Place is Philly-themed, and the cheesesteak did not disappoint at all. Must visit if you are in Wellsboro

Got the mussels with white wine sauce. It was freakin awesome. Lots of mussels atop pasta. Cheesecake was to die for. Our server Alexis,was great. Very funny and very attentive. Chris always checks to make sure you are happy, and we always are

Went tonight for dinner and had a great meal. My husband had the Chocolate Porter beer and thought it was amazing. Our drinks, appetizers and food all came in great timing and spaced perfectly. The fried jalepenos appetizer was tasty. Hubby had the Philly steak and enjoyed it. I had the mushroom Swiss burger with fries and was happy with taste and portion size. My daughter had the kids spaghetti - she's 9 - and got more than enough. The waitress was friendly throughout. Great experience!
