Quality food with many accomodations for vegetarians and allergies. Great atmosphere and friendly staff. Relatively spacious but can get crowded.

I was pleasantly surprised at how good this was. Not that I go to central Pennsylvania enough to know what to expect for good Thai food, but this was right on. I'm back in a month and will try it again.

Good Thai food in Lewisburg PA was one of the last things i expected to find. However, Siam Restaurant and Bar far surpassed my expectations . Not only was the Thai food authentic, delicious, and flavorful but the menu itself was INCREDIBLY accommodating. Nearly every dish could be made Vegan and or Gluten Free . Not to mention that the vegan and gluten free dishes are just as flavorful and delicious as the dishes prepared regularly . Highly recommend .

Really great Thai. Strongly recommend for eat-in or take-out. Decor isn't anything to look at but who cares when the food is great?

Edit: Siam Cafe became Siam Restaurant in a new location (about 20 yards away) and now even the decor is delicious.
This is a cozy place so if you're looking for the wide open spaces you see in some casual dining restaurants, look elsewhere.

Never had Thai food and may never again, not because of this restaurant though, just not my type of food. Waitress was very accommodating and helpful, atmosphere was nice. My wife and I tried something new and it was a good experience just not used to foreign foods. I will say this food was fresh and very healthy offerings. Gluten free and vegan options if so desired too.
