The Cookie Dude

Come here for cookies. Sure. The chocolate chip cookie was warm, fresh out of the oven, crispy around the edge, and still a lil gooey in the center. BUT don't forget this place carries Valrhona chocolate (quality stuff professionals swear for), Madagascar vanilla extract, whisky infused maple syrup, and various spices.

Awesome peanut butter cup cookies. Not dry at all like you sometimes find. We didn’t try them but the menu of sandwiches looked tasty too with local meats and ingredients and made from scratch bread. Will definitely be back!

I used to be a pastry chef at a very high end restaurant before I was a college student, and I've gotta say these cookies are great. Also, amazing customer service.

The Cookie Dude is a very great addition to downtown Lewisburg. Dan’s customer service is top notch. He hears my voice and comes out to say hi. He really cares about the work he does and takes pride in his products. I love the fact that he has brought top tier baking supplies into the area and has even made it where you can go as plastic free in your home as possible with how he sells them. I truly believe we need more options like this. His cookies are amazing. My favorite ones so far has been the pumpkin cheesecake cookies. They were amazing. I like the fact that the cookies are on trays on a cart so I can mix and match what I want in my dozen of cookies and can clearly see what I am getting. I love his attention to detail and the homemade feel while still using top notch ingredients.

The store front has only been open a few months and there is a line out the door most days. I can’t wait to see more from this small town baking store.

Dan (aka The Cookie Dude) is a great guy with talent! I sent my daughter a batch of cookies, and then a few months later, a cookie cake for her birthday. Both times, she loved them! And he can do vegan cookies! What a find.
