“Hamburgers was good. French fries fresh cut and hot. A plus. One special of the day was ground sirloin. That was tasteless and dry. Very disappointed. It did come with gravy, but I don't think that would have helped. It tasted like it was made ahead of time and was just kept warm. Even the peppers, onions and mushrooms on top of the meat were tasteless. We will give the place another try.”

I specifically requested it be well done. The restaurant is very clean , and so is the the restroom. The owners could not have been more prepared and professional from the planning to the last dish collected from dessert. Their meticulous attention to the authenticity, presentation, and quality of food was impeccable. The staff was more than accommodating and always prompt at serving drinks and food, paying close attention to each person’s individual needs. And we all know this would not be possible without the leadership, direction and training of the owners. The dedication and passion they have for this restaurant and truly giving each table a wonderful experience is definitely evident. The atmosphere is one of welcoming, warm, and comforting ambience. “Good food. But the service is rough. Ordered our food. Super simple, 2 salads, 2 sodas, and a pizza... Drinks and salads came out, asked for more dressing when she brought the salads and drinks out. She walked by a few times, made eye contact, she kept on walking. Finally when the pizza arrived, asked again for dressing. She brought that out. Then she stood at the counter talking to a friend and never came back around. Eventually we got our own soda refills when we realized she was not stopping back. Finished eating, was going to get a box for the rest of the pizza but still no waitress. Went to the cash register, she stopped chatting with her friend to ring us up. Food was good, but that service.... Wow.”

I had the soup, salad and dessert bar, my husband had the chicken fingers with Mac and cheese and fries also on his plate was a small scoop of stuffing and cranberry sauce. At the salad bar I started with a cup of potato soup there was also tomato as a choice also. The salad bar had a large selection of choices to put on your salad. There where 3 types of breads to choose from. The dessert bar was big and had to choice from. I had the blueberry delight and was good. They had a ice cream machine there you helped yourself too. They have 3 types of buffets during the day dinner buffet starts at 4pm. They have a breakfast buffet to. The prices are reasonable and when done they have shop there too.”

“We enjoyed our sub from here. For health reasons one of us was unable to eat cold deli meats. They were accommodating and made something for us that was not exactly on the menu. They cooked some deli roast beef for us before putting it on the sub. The staff and facility are great. Generally speaking, Jersey Mike's subs are more costly than most of the other national brands.”
