Hoss's Steak & Sea House

Very good Salad Bar today. Cream of crab soup was good and pretzel bites were very soft and good. Pretty cheap for the salad bar too.

The restaurant is clean and the staff are friendly. The reason for just a 3 star rating is they raised their prices to match a good steak house but they haven't trained their cooks how to properly cook a steak. Every time I stop there , I order my steak medium rare and it comes back damn near burnt. I'm sorry but I never have this problem when I stop at Outback or the Longhorn steakhouses. Overpriced for the quality.

Came in after 8 pm with a large group from Brazil. Food was perfectly cooked and they restocked the salad bar and kept it open well past closing time at 9 Waitress was patient and staff did not hurry us out. Thank you

Good food. Nothing fancy.
Great self serve salad bar and especially dessert bar.
Service is hit and miss.

I had a pretty decent T-bone that was cooked to a perfect medium rare and had a $5 add on crab cake that was tasty given that it was more cake that crab. It did have some respectable lumps of crab throughout so it was well worth the $5. The cream of crab soup on the salad buffet is worth visiting them for. You will find some pretty generous pieces of real crab meat.
