Domino's Pizza

The food was great both times I ordered. The 1st time I ordered a large meat pizza half no olives n a dip w knots. However my pizza and dip were trashed when it arrived. I still ate some of the knots and dip which were amazing. Pizza had olives everywhere so I skipped it. They made it right for me. I just ordered a half steak half chicken bacon ranch n tomato pizza and it's AMAZING!

I've ordered from the Oil City location a few times since it opened. The food has been very good and delivered fast. Unfortunately today they forgot a part of our order and decided that it wasn't a large enough order to make it right when I called. They said that they would not send out our missing salad unless we ordered more items, they would just put a credit on our account. I said that I would accept the credit. But when I looked on the app the credit wasn't there. We ended up just driving to get it...If you mess up, you should fix it!!

I really don't understand the bad reviews. Order 1 pizza because of reviews, as a tester. Holy cow they are fast! Ordering was a breeze online. Driver was pleasant and dressed nicely! As life would have it had a time crunch and did a online order again. Same as my first order! Hat's off to the employees because I am sure it has been hectic! Everyone I had contact with was was outstanding! I missed having a Domino's in town!

This location has only been open for a few days but I had no issues ordering and getting my food within 20 minutes as carry out. I called ahead first to check on how busy they were and they were very friendly on the phone and in store. The food was very good and cooked perfectly. One of my favorite chain pizzas places didn't disappoint.

I ordered the first day they opened, and let me tell you I am beyond satisfied with my dinner, especially with how busy of a day it was! I ordered near 11 pm, the driver made sure to call when close to make sure they came to the right apartment, and ensured we got our food in speedy time! I absolutely love the app, as it keeps you up to date with what is happening with your order, including when it even goes in the oven! I am VERY picky with my steak, and they had some of the best! We personally don't like their Robusk sauce, but we are IN LOVE with their marinara! The app stays up to date, they have great customer service, and even under pressure supply super good food. Good job you guys, keep up the great work! I got a lg steak pizza with extra cheese and jalapenos, my fiancé got a lg extra cheese with banana peppers! The app helps save you tons!
