(August 31, 2019, 4:36 pm)Brother and I were on our way through and stopped for ice cream. Selection of Penn State ice cream was great and delicious! Servings were large. The owner was more than kind and shook our hands out front. He then gave us a couple samples, and even a complimentary hot dog! I’m not sure if that’s expected every time, but his kindness and customer service blew us away. Will be a regular stop on the way through Oil City!
