Very nice and clean, but a bit 3xpensive. Dog fee was $20.

Great place to stay. My husband and I have stayed there since it's changed hands 3x. We go up to kinzua dam to fish and other places along the Allegheny river and it's so convenient. The people who work there are so friendly if you have any type of problems they will help you out. There's good places to eat in the area and points of interest that aren't far away. It's a very convenient location. Everything is clean you can get a cup of hot coffee tea or hot chocolate any time of day. They have a great breakfast with eggs sausage muffins danishes bagels you name it! I believe it starts at 7AM and you wait on yourself but it's quite good. They have vending machines and ice machines too.

Friendly helpful staff. Average breakfast. A little noisier than we would have thought- lots of traffic noise all night

This is a small hotel in a business park which is right off a main route. My handicap accessible room was located right near the front entrance with handicap parking close by. There were plenty of handrails in the bathroom as well as a shower chair available for use. The bed was comfy and there was plenty of room to move around. The light included a charging station along with outlets. The staff was friendly and I liked that the ice machine and vending machines were off the main lobby so you didn't have a hike to find them. The breakfast was okay. There was the usual along with sausages and eggs. The scrambled eggs did not impress me either day but others appeared to enjoy them. It's near the historical section of Warren and there were surprisingly more places to eat than I originally thought. I enjoyed my stay.

Our stay started out a little Rocky.... We checked in and went up to our room only to discover the room had not been cleaned. Lexi , the receptionist at the desk was very helpful and quickly discovered that our room for some reason was not on the cleaning list and the cleaning service had already left for the day. She apologized and stated that they were completely booked for the night and asked if we wouldn't mind waiting a couple minutes. She handled the situation like a pro and went up and cleaned the room HERSELF while we waited in the lobby. For a booked weekend it's insane that she was the only one staffed!!! When we went to our room the second time, the room smelled and looked great! The rest of the stay was as to be expected. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, nothing special. Coffee was pretty good! Probably would have given this place less stars if it wasn't for the great service!! Thank you Lexi!
