Carmen Tacos

Really good authentic Mexican food. Homemade corn tortillas were crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. My kids loved the chicken and hot queso. The green salsa is amazing. The sweet potato puree on the black beans taco is awesome too. Definitely coming back.

Hidden gem. Taco's are fresh and tasty. Hope they can brew their own beer one day. Get their early as they run out of the good stuff early.

So glad I had a chance to discover the Carmen Taco stand.

I ordered the 3 taco plate and a side of nachos & cheese.

First I tried the chicken. It was mild but flavorful, very juicy meat. I liked it in combination with the red sauce & green sauce, and with the crumbled cheese.

Next I tried the pork taco. It was tangy, tasted exactly like the pork taco I once had in Mexico. It goes really well with the red pickled onions. I normally don't put onions on my food but the pink pickled ones are too good to resist.

Last but not least I tried the beef barbacoa taco. This was my favorite, lots of spice. I was perfect with melted hot queso!

The nachos & cheese were very good, I had the regular nacho chips and a great melted cheese one.

Absolutely recommend Carmen Taco stand! Everything is just so authentic.

The most authentic tacos I have had in PA. Great service and the chef is very handsome. Go for a bike ride on the trail to build up a hunger before coming here and devouring a taco plate. Barbacoa with the hot queso is the way to go. Chicken with the green sauce is a close second. Did I mention that the chef is handsome?
