    Great New York Steamer. Friendly people and great food! The keys to a 5 star rating. A clean store will also be found.

    I visited the Washington, PA store today. I ordered the Beef & Cheddar brisket WITHOUT BBQ sauce, to go. While the food is good ( my wife ordered a different sandwich and loved it) they STILL put BBQ sauce on mine. I checked my receipt and it says NO BBQ. I hope they pay more attention to the orders next time. I'll give it another chance, but that's it.

    Only reason I'm giving 5 stars is because I believe the food is over priced. Other then that the food is amazing.

    Delicious subs, sometimes there can be a 10 to 15 minute wait for food

    Seriously the best subs I've ever had from a fast food place. They take their time to make a quality sub, and the staff there is awesome. Manager also has great recommendations if you're not sure what you want!
