DQ Grill & Chill Restaurant

Very slow service, and they brought out my food and completely forgot about my ice cream that I also ordered. Otherwise everything came out just fine and the restaurant was clean. Just need to work on organization.

The food is 9/10, amazing but as for anything else (customer service, ice cream, etc.) definitely not worth it. I receive the wrong drink every time I order it (a carmel moolatte replaced with some sort of milkshake) and the ordering experience is usually a long wait. If you want ice cream, go to Lackeys. If you're looking for food, definitely go there but make sure you're especially patient that day.

Typically what you expect . We had double cheeseburger, grilled chicken,and a hot dog to eat. Also had 2 sundaes chocolate ice cream, hot fudge, and strawberries plus a peanut buster parfait . All outstanding.

After the renovations, this DQ is pretty nice. We mostly do drive through but occasionally sit inside and either way, are always greeted by very friendly staff. The food is always tasty and hot. I love the strawberry banana smoothie. It is by far my favorite place to get a smoothie because they use real fruit instead of super sweet syrups.

The only thing that would improve this location would be if both entrances had a curb cut. The accessible entrance is nice but the other door has a step up, so if I end up parking on that side, I'm then rolling through the parking lot to get to the other side of the building to get in. The safety and ease of access at this location would be improved for anyone using a wheelchair, walker, or stroller with the addition of a curb cut. Hopefully future renovations will include this.

I was fortunate. After a long wait a lady waited on me and I got my small chocolate milkshake right away. But it seems like when I go there it's very busy and maybe they just need a bigger facility to accommodate the orders they have. But overall it's clean it's nique and everybody is pleasant. And like I said the chocolate milkshake was excellent
