I am so shocked at the amazing service from Royals Pizza! Had an issue with my fiance's card and instead of telling us there was nothing they could do the owner came out and respectfully explained the issue and helped us reach an understanding that both us and Royals would benefit from. The owner is the most amazing person . I never met anyone who would have treated that situation like that. What an amazing place .my fiance has stated this is his new main pizza place and will continue to return. I'm amazed to know there is good people out there!! And on top of it we all have a full stomach from the tasty food we received.
