Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Our server was great! I don't remember her name, but she's one of the twins. Also the bathrooms were very clean. The food came out quickly but was pretty mediocre. I've worked in restaurants before, and from what I could tell the presentation was spot on (the cooks obviously did their job, my burger looked the way it's advertised), so I think the deciding factor here is quality of ingredients. Everything just tasted kind of meh. Overall not a bad experience, but this definitely won't be my first choice if I'm in the area.

Love this food every time we go. Balloons for the kids, fries for the adults, sports on TV and some amazing burgers (and entrees). Enjoy it every time.

Good food. Unusual service. Got the unlimited drinks and fries, but, never saw the wait staff again to order until I walked to the wait staff station and requested a refill for a drink. Advertising unlimited items but, don't show up to offer them at the table. Someone wasn't watching the staff that day or something more important than the customers was afoot.

I really enjoyed the Bleu burger I ordered and my kids ate all their meals which doesn't happen in many other places. Kind service and great food at this location. I also appreciated the option to order a gigantic beer in a huge mug which made me feel manly.

My husband and I go to the Red Robin in Greensburg at LEAST once a month, but usually more often. We consistently receive great service! This was the first time things weren't quite up to the 5 star level, but it was still wonderful. I love the Sand In Your Shorts drink. I like to try different things when I go because I've never gotten something I don't like. The prices are very reasonable.
