If you're in a hurry, go somewhere else! If you have patience and want a delicious sandwich, stand there and enjoy the show. I don't think I've ever seen someone work as slowly as the two employees that were working this afternoon.. It took nearly 10 minutes just to place an order and there was no one waiting in front of me when I arrived. 3 customers behind me left the line while I waited. If I didn't enjoy the delicious chicken carbonara so dang much I would have filled my belly with something different. After placing an order with a not so pleasant young lady our food did come out after another 5 or so minutes which wasn't so bad and the sandwich was quite delicious..so for that I'm giving it 3 stars. Overall pretty awful service considering it was not busy at all at while we were there.. I could not imagine what these two would have done if this service plaza was as busy as the others we stopped at.
