Fire n Ice

Best ice cream around! Visiting family from DC and this is our go-to spot! The chocolate with peanut butter, mint chocolate chip and death by chocolate ice creams are our favorites!! They have soft serve, sundaes and lots of other great items on the menu we need to try!

I passed no less than five ice cream establishments on my drive to check out the new Fire N Ice shop in Murrysville. Not knowing what to expect, my experience at my new favorite "sweet" spot checked all the boxes! At first glance, I loved the small café tables located both outside and inside that allow you to beat the heat while you enjoy your treat. Secondly, the staff was polite and patient while my eyes took in the long list of the ice cream flavor options. Whether it is a cone, bowl or sundae, there is a flavor for every ice cream fan! As a life long Pittsburgh resident, I appreciate that Turner's brand products are available. The mint chocolate chip did not disappoint. Lastly, it was a nice surprise to see that there are also Pizza, hot pretzel and other small bites to be purchased as well. It was a five star experience and a must try if you are in the area. I will be back! I have to try that banana monkey business flavor on my next visit. Savory or sweet, Fire N Ice is a treat!

Fire and Ice is a wonderful place to get ice cream. Being that we are a Penn State family, we love having the convenience of going down the street to get our favorite ice cream! They also sell more than just ice cream. The owners are wonderful people and are very accommodating. I would 100% recommend Fire and Ice.

We brought the whole family for ice cream and wow are we glad this opened in our backyard! The grandparents each enjoyed a cone of peanut butter cup, the kids got a variety of flavor burst soft serve cones with rainbow sprinkles and I got my favorite Death by Chocolate from, my alma mater, Penn State creamery!
