It is located in the Rostraver Airport hangar areas so as you are dining you can watch planes take off while in the dining room that has many windows to get a view of the runway. I had breakfast and it has a smaller menu but a pleasant experience and the waitress was nice but did not come over much an be attentive so I left off one star for that. I recommend taking a plane enthusiast to this restaurant on a nice sunny day.
