    Standard franchise in a smaller sized strip mall. Service is what you'd expect for this type of place. Employee turnover has been high in the last few months and visiting in the evening can lead to service by mostly younger kids. A really frustrating item about this location is almost no one knows how to apply and/or redeem rewards from the Subway Rewards program. Seriously, if the franchise offers the ability to earn money off as a reward, take 15 minutes and show each employee how to apply them to a purchase. It's not that complicated.
