    Went to the Hanover-York PA location. Ice cream was great! Milkshake wasn’t blended well and was a lump of ice cream in a cup with a bunch of milk - could make it better at home without a blender. Puppy loved his treat, though!

    Placed an online order for 5 people. After grabbing the order getting back to the car, we realized there weren't any spoons or napkins in the bag. My husband went back up to the window to get some. While waiting at the window, 4 employees looked up to see him and went back to do what they were doing. One employee even walked right past the window. I had to honk my horn to get their attention. The manager finally answered the window. She handed us 1 spoon. No napkins and 1 spoon for the five of us to share. Customer service could use some improvement!!!

    The ice cream was delicious though!

    First time going here. Great seating outside, a drive thru and great items. Got a hot fudge brownie sundae and enjoyed every last bite.
