First time here and the burger was a great quality tasting burger, but for $8 for a small burger it was the smallest I’ve seen for that price. For the price it should be a tad bit bigger. I mean, I feel like I was eating a kids meal. Don’t get me wrong the burger was delicious, but if you’re gonna pay that much you should get what you’re paying for all the way around.

Service was great! It’s just the size of the burgers that needs to be better.

Burger was pretty good. Really liked the theme of the place and the atmosphere. The building looks great and I'm really happy they brought their operation to downtown hanover.

I ordered the mushroom n swiss double with no onions, and they put onions on it.... they were mixed in the cheese and hard to pull out. I had to dismantle the burger and scrape the cheese off, then put it back together once properly de-onioned.

Limited menu (for now hopefully) I wish you could add toppings for additional fees. They have a classic single that has lettuce and tomato. Or a sauce burger with sauce and onions. There's no option to add onion to the classic, or lettuce/tomato to the sauce burger. I don't think I saw pickels on the menu either. I would've liked to add add mushrooms to the classic because I'm not a big Swiss cheese fan. Hopefully they open up topping options once they are settled in and not so busy.

Went on a Thursday night around 6:30 and ordered from the kiosk. People started coming in after me and one of the staff was telling everybody 30 + minute wait. (Nobody told me 30+ minutes or I probably would have went somewhere else. ) As more and more people came in the wait time went to 35 then 40 minutes. The staff took great care to tell everybody about the wait time. I must've slipped in at the wrong time I guess, so no worries. I appreciated that he was telling everybody nicely. It got so busy the staff was telling people to wait to order because he didn't want to overwhelm the kitchen workers. He said you can browse our menu but don't put an order on right now.... My total wait ended up being 42 minutes for 2 burgers and one fry. Fries were lukewarm, so they need to work on timing too.

If this place hopes to thrive they need to make it so you can order online through the toast app they use. That way customers can arrive when the food is ready and not have to stand around and wait. This is clutch for survival.

Another suggestion is to set up the toast app to text customers when the food is ready. That way if you are waiting you can take a walk and come back when you get the text. Or if your waiting in the store, you can approach the register to pick up your order. They had a guy walking around with your food bag asking if you were this person or that person. So a little un organized.

Im going to chalk up that the slight issues I had were due to them only being open for a week, and that once they settle in and aren't so busy everything will work itself out. I'm definitely going to go back in a couple weeks and give them another shot. If there's a 30 minute wait there's no way I'm going to wait again though.

Hopefully they utilize the toast app like other restaurants I frequent. Ordering online and a text when your food is ready really do go a long way!

If my second experience is better I'll edit my review to a 5 star!

I strolled in on a Friday night at 10 minutes of 7 expecting to wait due to how new the restaurant is. However, that was not the case. I was in and out in under 10 minutes. The onion petals are amazingly crisp and delicious. The fries are really neat. I love the atmosphere really cool concept. Service was great. I love the self-service kiosks.

Love love love it! The garage sauce makes it 😋
Only took 15 minutes from the time I parked to get in, order, and get my food and walk back to my car.
Got 2 singles, a Chicago dog, perogis, and garage sauce.
