Ruby Tuesday

Never had a bad meal at any Ruby Tuesday. A coupon got us a 2nd meal at half price.

Great service. Great burger. Only complaint is that the spinach on the salad bar was starting to look bad. Otherwise good

Honestly, this was not one of my best experiences at Ruby Tuesday's. The food was super slow and my burger was overcooked.

But guess what? The server immediately admitted my burger was wrong and apologized. He offered to make me another. When I said I didn't have time, he comped it. Then the manager came out, apologized, and offered us free desert (again, we declined).

Look, I had a legitimate problem. But they went far and above with their attempts to resolve it.

And as a result, I'm comfortable knowing that I'm going to be treated well there.

And to me - that's worth 4 stars.

This is a nice, reasonably priced family restaurant. I attempt to order something different each time I'm here, but I almost always get the salad bar with any meal!

The selections on the salad bar are always fresh and tasty, and include not only the usual veggies, but they also have a nice selection of pasta salads, Waldorf salad (apples, grapes, walnuts) and toppings, so that you could really make a meal out of the salad bar!

On my last visit, I had Shepherd's Pie, a new addition to the menu. Came in a skillet with the meat, veggies and gravy, topped with mashed potatoes. Ok, so I needed some comfort food...don't judge! The Shepherd's pie hit the spot!
