Pizza Al Bacio

Great service. A warming place.

We absolutely love pizza al bacio now. We have been customers there through the last three owners. I have to say the gentleman that owns it now is the nicest man and he really has done a wonderful job. I wish him the best and he works very hard. Honestly the last owner was horrible and at one point I forbid my family to go there. They were the worst. I am just so happy they had to sell and this gentleman bought the business. He has done so much to improve customer service. Please patronize his business we do at least once a week.

They made me chicken salad that hit the mark and my son had french fries that were so good.

This could be a 4-5 star review, however over the course of the past year, I have been disappointed to find that they frequently screw up orders. That's not to say they are bad... to be sure, the food is good, affordably priced and in generous portions. The problem I have had is that they often mess the order up! Even something as basic as a cheeseburger sub with everything comes with NO cheese at all (really?!),,, and special instructions are frequently neglected (requests for extra cheese arrive with barely any at all, etc). It almost seems like your special instructions are ignored. Other than that, they are a good local option, but be aware, you may not always get exactly what you were hoping for.
