Good service, awesome wings. Bathrooms could have been cleaner. Overall it was all good!
If I were just reviewing the dining side I'd have to give 2 stars. The bar side staff seems to enjoy their jobs in comparison.
While I've never gotten an order wrong or have had to wait a while, they need to quit being stingy on the wing sauce. They should be fully coated all the way around with some to spare ar bottom of basket. Crispy not gummy.
The clipboard style menus are too heavy and awkward. Feels like you're reading a work report. Lastly while the bar side staff is friendly, they need to have an increased understanding of their drink selection. Especially if they boast 30 taps.
All in all they are solid but could be better. I'd try to capitalize being the only real chain sports venue in Hanover. See Westminster, MD location for better staff and atmosphere.
My feelings are very mixed regarding this BWW location. I have had very good nights out with the family sometimes where both the food and service were spectacular. However, we often find ourselves waiting very long for our food, even with few tables filled. My son Anthony really enjoys the Honey BBQ wings, and my other son Benjamin speaks very highly of the Buffalo Dry Rub. My wife Sharon often finds herself getting the Caribbean Jerk, and loves it. I am very disappointed that the Garlic Parmesan is not a dry rub, and would appreciate it if this was added in the future. Overall, I'd say the food has the ability to outweigh the poor service, but this can vary.
I usually just come here for the wings although they also have good wraps and chicken sandwhiches as well. They have a wide variety of flavors. I especially enjoy the hot flavors and the Asian zing flavor but there are plenty of others that are quite creative. Good service. Clean like new restaurant with plenty of TVs. A great hang out place.
This is based on the primary product, Wings. Size and Quality vary, but for the most part were great (1), Great Prices (1), Clean Facilities (1), Prompt Service (1), Overall (5/5). This place combined great, value, service, and experience. The wings had crunch, yet juicy as well, with a great amount of flavors and a dry rub offering! It was interactive as there is a running trivia game that you connect with. TVs everywhere with sports aplenty. If you're on a budget, this is a great place to be for a night out with friends or family. Did I mention, there's a bar, and this particular bartender was really mixing it up. Do it.
