    Pizza is good but customer service could use a huge improvement. Man who always answers the phone is incredibly rude and impatient.

    Best pizza around. Better then local shops. Always have good online specials and deals. This Papa John's has got to be one of the best staffed in York county.
    Delivery is nice as well, have been brought plates and utensils when I order from the school I work at.

    Typical Papa John's food. We waited over an hour for food promised within 40 minutes. Delivery person did not have our beverages, so had to make a second trip. Appreciated the free extra beverage provided for our inconvenience.

    pizza is really good, not greasy at all and a real doughy crust.I recommend ordering online and doing the specials to keep it affordable, or it can be more pricey. the deals can get you a large one topping pizza sometimes for 7.77 if you get 2. at regular price sometimes a large pizza alone is around $20. You can regulate extra cheese or extra sauce. No charge for extra sauce.
