    my wife and I eat here often. Employees are welcoming, service is quick, pizza is delicious huge selection, to include subs pizza and desserts. I highly recommend this place. I just need to learn to stretch dough.

    Walked in the front door, and had no idea where to go or what to do. Saw a 'pay here' sign and figure that was the end of a self order line. They had 2 lunch specials, one for slices of pizza and the other for gourmet slices. They had a large selection of about 12 to 15 different types in a display case, but I had no idea what was gourmet and what was 'regular'. Not quite sure what I received and paid for since my receipt only showed the total that went on my cc.
    The pizza tasted ok, although the crust around the outside was rather tough and not worth eating. They have the Coke self pour machines, which provide a wide variety of flavors (although I still find their user interface a bit confusing to use). The final price we paid seemed reasonable so we'll probably return. Hopefully they'll make some process changes to help remove some of the confusion for customers.

    Adding the following after receiving the reply from the owner:
    While I may have indicated the wrong text on the sign above the checkout, I’ll still go back to the original issue in that the process for new customers, I believe, needs to be improved. After writing my review I mentioned to a friend that I ate here. He asked how it was, and then proceeded to tell me of the same concerns that I brought up.
    In his reply to me, the owner seems to want to point out all of the signs that I missed as if the problem was due to me. That made me curious to read other reviews people had provided and quickly noticed that the owner seems to have a tendency to reply back to any replies that he felt were sub-par with language that essentially blamed the reviewer for any issues during their visit.
    My suggestion to the owner... don’t try to blame the customer for concerns they voice. Instead, listen and try to learn to see what can be done better. In my case the owner said there were all kinds of lighted signs that I missed (as well as my co-worker). Perhaps he may want to walk into the restaurant with someone who’s never been there and ask them what they see. If there is too much to take in at one time and you have no idea what to do, it’s easy to be overwhelmed with what to look at and miss things that may be obvious to the owner or an employee, but not necessarily to newcomers.
    Regarding an itemized receipt... I don’t recall any restaurants that I’ve been to where I didn’t get an itemized receipt. Should I really have to ask for one specifically?

    You can buy pizza by the slice here, with many choices available... And they're not small slices, so even this big boy should have only ordered one... was very good and quick, so definitely would recommend for a change from the usual fast food fare.

    Atmosphere here is great! Always welcomed with a smile and ALL of the Food is absolutely delicious! And with the mass variation of pizza toppings and subs, there's something for everyone! ????

    If there were 10 stars on a review I would give it to Marco's for customer service. As first time visitors to Marco's we left feeling less than excited about returning. The food was very good but our service that night wasn't. My husband ate alone because my food did not come until he was almost done. After giving a low 2 star review, that same night we received a call from Vito explaining why my meal selection took the length of time that it did in comparison to my husband's. After that call we understood it was not due to poor service; but, an honest explanation by Vito was not enough. He insisted we come back to dine again so that he could make a good experience for us. We went back and true to his word, the food was excellent and the service was excellent. Most importantly was the fact that it mattered to him that we were satisfied.
